Meals on Wheels Assistant

Established in 1918, Community First Solutions is a nonprofit organization serving Butler County and surrounding communities by helping individuals lead their best lives. We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused person to join our Meals on Wheels team to support our meal delivery operations and help ensure older adults receive the nutritious meals and services they depend on.
Hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm
Pay
$12.00 an hour
What You'll Do
- Cook and submit accurate reimbursement documentation through the COA Care Director system.
- Generate and distribute monthly client menus approved by the Council on Aging.
- Maintain client records, meal selections, and delivery zones using ServTracker.
- Communicate with clients, care managers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure seamless meal delivery.
- Prepare daily route sheets, kitchen summaries, and delivery reports.
- Maintain compliance with all agency and government program requirements.
- Train staff on the ServTracker Mobile App.
- Deliver meals and provide driver training when needed.
- Respond to client and care manager inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
- Complete additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current vehicle liability insurance.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to pass a basic math competency assessment.
Experience
No prior experience required—we'll provide training.

Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses or other required certifications: Must maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle liability insurance and a good driving record that meets the standards of Partner’s In Prime’s vehicle insurance standards.
- Experience: Entry level, no experience required.
- Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Time management and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities is a must. Accurate typing and computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good knowledge of various computer hardware and software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to pass basic math competency testing. Participate in promoting and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Promote positive image of Partner’s In Prime within the community. Commitment to company values. Strong customer service skills.
