This position works closely with Meadows Administration to ensure positive outcomes for the residents of Meadows, grow our census, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualification

• A medical license to practice as a physician in the state of New Mexico
• Board Certification in Psychiatry, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, General Surgery, or Emergency Medicine
• An active controlled substance license and DEA registration in New Mexico

Employment Requirements

• A valid Drivers License
• A Defensive Driving Certificate

Safety Requirements

This position is designated as safely sensitive. Employment is subject to pre-employment and random testing. In accordance with all terms and conditions of federal and state law, rules, and regulations in relation to alcohol and/or drug testing. Employment is conditional pending results of criminal records background checks.

Working Conditions

• Work primarily in an office setting with extensive computer and phone usage
• Exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT)
• Work hours are 8am to 5pm
