Responsibilities

  • Cook up the processing and analysis of data
  • Carry out complex statistical computations
  • Organize data for proposal writing
  • Design and execute experimental procedures
  • Conduct tests under various control conditions
  • Participate in the development of new research directions

Requirements

  • At least an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field
  • Currently enrolled as a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering at UM-Dearborn
  • Preference given to those in a Ph.D. program
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new applications
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, internet tools, and mobile devices

Pay

Paid bi-weekly at an hourly rate determined by the faculty project sponsor.

Schedule

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.

Benefits
