About the role
CMA Consulting is in search for a consultant to fill the position of Customer Care Center Level 1 Representative in support of CMA's Medicaid Data Warehouse department.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage issues
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma or GED
- PREFERRED: Bachelors degree preferred
- PREFERRED: Previous call center experience
- PREFERRED: Experience with help desk ticketing systems such as Helix
- PREFERRED: Business knowledge (preferably Medicaid experience)
