About the Role

The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (“RAI”) process in accordance with the requirements of State and Federal law as well as the policies and goals of this Community.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with State and Federal regulations and community policies.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice.
• Active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.
