MDS Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Previous MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$100,000–$120,000 per year
