About the role
Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a seasoned MDS Coordinator. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package including a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Completes OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
Requirements
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
