About the Role
Manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, care planning, and coordinate assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure high-quality, person-centered care
- Develop, complete, and transmit assessments
- Review and manage reimbursement
- Case manage care plans, including rehabilitative programs
- Collaborate with families regarding resident care
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license
- BSN preferred
- At least 3 years of MDS experience in long-term or post-acute care
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, regulations, and reimbursement
- Ability to recognize resident dignity, communicate with care, and make accurate judgments
