MDS Nurse Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance with the clinically based reimbursement procedures
- Ensure the facility is compliant with guidelines for the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Quality Measures, Medicaid and Medicare RUGs, Medicaid Case Mix, and Medicare's Skilled Level of Care and supporting documentation
- Monitor and ensure MDS Assessments are accurately coded to present a complete picture of the resident's clinical status and services rendered
- Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices
- Ensure that MDS Assessment procedures are followed

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio preferred
- Point Click Care experience a plus
