Now Hiring: MDS Director (RN/LPN) Facility: Palm Beach Nursing Center Location: Lake Worth Beach, Florida Position Type: Full-Time Salary: 95,000k - 101,000k annually (based on experience) Position Overview Palm Beach Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MDS Director (RN/LPN) to oversee the MDS process and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting exceptional resident-centered care. This leadership role is critical in supporting clinical excellence, care planning accuracy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant care for long-term care residentsMonitor accuracy and timeliness of MDS assessments and documentationConduct comprehensive initial assessments and resident interviewsDevelop and oversee individualized care plans with both short-term and long-term goalsLead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetingsCollaborate with caregivers, families, and clinical specialists to optimize resident outcomesProvide leadership and guidance to nursing staffConduct in-service education related to MDS, RAPS, Triggers, PDPM, and Medicare requirementsMaintain strict adherence to MDS and care-planning schedules, including non-Medicare residentsEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Licensure: Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standingExperience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing FacilityKnowledge Base: Strong working knowledge of MDS, PDPM, Medicare guidelines, and care-planning processesSkills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical & Dental InsuranceCompany PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramsSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOne (1) Personal Floating Holiday Why Join Us?
