MDS Coordinator RN Part Time

About the role
As an MDS Coordinator, you are instrumental in giving your team the knowledge they need to care for each resident’s unique needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Orland Park by developing, monitoring, auditing, and modifying each resident’s care plan for their individual needs and goals, performing resident assessments and assisting in the discharge process. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Illinois R.N. License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- C.P.R. Certification
- Prior experience as an MDS Coordinator
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Pay
$48-$51.41/hour
Schedule
Part-time, 3 days a week
