About the role
The MDS Coordinator - RN is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process within the healthcare facility. This includes ensuring accurate data collection, timely submission, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the MDS process including data collection, review, and submission.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide training and support to staff on MDS processes and documentation.
- Monitor and report on MDS performance metrics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and databases.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
