About the role

The MDS Coordinator will oversee clinical reimbursement, care planning, MDS 3.0, and case mix in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF). This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Clinical reimbursement, care planning, MDS 3.0, and case mix experience in a nursing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
