MDS Coordinator RN - $5,000 sign-on

Pay

$56.00 – $60.00 per hour
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all services provided during inpatient stay from admission to discharge for Medicare and Managed Care residents as directed by the Resident Assessment Director.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all OBRA-required assessments.
• Serve as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.
• This position is not subject to nursing “call” schedules.

Requirements

• Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Well-versed in interpersonal communications.
• Familiar with the RAI process and Case Management.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required, including drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
