MDS Coordinator RN - $5,000 sign-on

Responsibilities

• Oversee all services provided during inpatient stays from admission to discharge.
• Accurately and timely complete all OBRA required assessments.
• Viewed as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.

Qualifications

• Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse RN in State of practice.
• Well-versed in inter-personal communications.
• Familiar with the RAI process and Case Management.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
• Pass drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
