About the role
We are currently seeking Full-Time MDS Registered Nurses (RN) who possess excellent organizational, leadership, assessment and documentation skills. Responsibilities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Work closely with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the level of care provided is fully supported in documentation.
- Obtain accurate reimbursement for Medicare under the Prospective Payment System (PDPM).
- Obtain accurate Medicaid reimbursement through the Case Mix System.
Requirements
- MDS experience in a long-term care setting.
- Registered Nursing license in the state of Missouri.
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Familiarity with MatrixCare EHR software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Missouri Case Mix.
