MDS Coordinator LPN/LVN

About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordinator (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay

$38.00 - $52.00 per hour, depending on experience and license type

Requirements

• Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
• Prior MDS experience required
• MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred
• Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
• One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting
