About the role
RegalCare at Courtyard is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team full time, for a 40 hr position. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in MDS coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the MDS process to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and care plans
Qualifications
- Must have current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Proven experience with MDS coordination in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
