Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Complete and audit MDS assessments, ensuring accurate coding.
- Support individualized care planning to enhance clinical outcomes and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate staff on documentation standards and monitor regulatory compliance.
- Analyze resident data to improve quality measures and promote resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Knowledge of MDS processes, coding, and regulatory standards.
