About The Role As a Licensed Nurse MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive care plans, as well as ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements. Your exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
