MDM Program Manager

About the role

Own end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (August 2027), including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP, and infrastructure teams. Lead the gated transition from the incumbent (knowledge transfer exit criteria, run book sign-off), chair weekly delivery reviews, and represent HCL at monthly steering committees. Manage the change-request pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and maintain the churn dashboard. Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution, and hypercare exit.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live.
• Manage scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead the gated transition from the incumbent, including knowledge transfer exit criteria and run book sign-off.
• Chair weekly delivery reviews and represent HCL at monthly steering committees.
• Manage the change-request pipeline, declaring schedule impact per change and maintaining the churn dashboard.
• Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution, and hypercare exit.
• Strong client-facing presence with experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+.
• Ensure SOW and commercial governance compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years in data management delivery.
• 5+ years leading Master Data Management (MDM) programs on SAP transformation projects.
• Proven experience in delivery, scope, risk, and escalation management.
• Go-live ownership experience.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+ members.
• SOW and commercial governance experience essential.
