MDM PIM Manager
About the role
PwC's Data Management team focuses on organizing and maintaining data to support accurate and accessible decision-making. This includes data governance, quality control, and integration to facilitate business operations.
Responsibilities
Implement data quality control measures, perform data cleansing and validation, and monitor data integrity.
Manage data operations, including data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes, to ensure the smooth functioning of data management systems and processes.
Motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.
Lead business development and client engagement efforts related to product data management, aligning with organizational objectives and driving innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and processes for improved productivity.
Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Architect and oversee enterprise-wide Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.
Drive innovation in product data practices and methodologies.
Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
Analyze and enhance processes for improved productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Data Management
Hands-on experience with leading PIM platforms preferred
Proven ability to design and implement product data taxonomies
Understanding of PIM integration with data quality initiatives
Functional business knowledge in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce preferred
Translating complex product data challenges into actionable use cases

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
