About the role

PwC's Data Management team focuses on organizing and maintaining data to support accurate and accessible decision-making. This includes data governance, quality control, and integration to facilitate business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data quality control measures, perform data cleansing and validation, and monitor data integrity.

  • Manage data operations, including data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes, to ensure the smooth functioning of data management systems and processes.

  • Motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.

  • Lead business development and client engagement efforts related to product data management, aligning with organizational objectives and driving innovation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and processes for improved productivity.

  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

  • Architect and oversee enterprise-wide Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

  • Drive innovation in product data practices and methodologies.

  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

  • Analyze and enhance processes for improved productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Management

  • Hands-on experience with leading PIM platforms preferred

  • Proven ability to design and implement product data taxonomies

  • Understanding of PIM integration with data quality initiatives

  • Functional business knowledge in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce preferred

  • Translating complex product data challenges into actionable use cases

  • The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

  • All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
