About the role
PwC's Data Management team focuses on organizing and maintaining data to support accurate and accessible decision-making. This includes data governance, quality control, and integration to facilitate effective business operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement data quality control measures, perform data cleansing and validation, and monitor data integrity.
- Manage data operations, including data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes, to ensure the smooth functioning of data management systems and processes.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Lead business development and client engagement efforts related to product data management, aligning with organizational objectives and driving innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and processes for improved productivity.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Management
- Hands-on experience with leading PIM platforms preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement product data taxonomies
- Architecting end-to-end PIM solutions and managing product data lifecycle
- Understanding of PIM integration with data quality initiatives
- Functional business knowledge in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce preferred
- Translating complex product data challenges into actionable use cases
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
