Multimedia Device Management (MDM)

Designing, implementing, and managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions using the leading MDM providers like VMware Workspace ONE UEM (formerly AirWatch) and Microsoft Intune platforms.

• Gathering requirements
• Architecting the solution

• Integrating with existing systems like Exchange and Active Directory
• Providing technical support

Skills Required

• A deep understanding of the AirWatch platform, its components (e.g., console, mobile access gateway, secure email gateway)
• A strong grasp of endpoint management and security best practices
• Experience in design and architecture experience on Intune MDM

Responsibilities

• Design the overall AirWatch solution based on business and security requirements
• Create a detailed plan, map user workflows, and design how the system will integrate with other infrastructure components like email servers, directory services, and authentication systems
• Install and configure the AirWatch platform, including servers and the console
• Create and manage policies, compliance rules, smart groups, and profiles for various device types (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, such as Exchange, Active Directory, and other network and security systems
• Implement and enforce security policies, such as those for secure content management and per-app VPNs
• Ensure the solution meets industry best practices and regulatory compliance
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to AirWatch and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot issues with agents, applications, email, and device configurations
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures
