About the role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and children in a community health center setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform routine physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Develop and maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current license to practice medicine in Nevada.
- Experience in adult and pediatric primary care is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
