Emplify Health, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Emergency Medicine group in Whitehall, WI.

About the Role

This practice will be based in our Critical Access Emergency Department in Whitehall, Wisconsin. The position offers the opportunity to practice in a rural setting with strong system support and access to advanced specialty resources.

  • 6 to 24-hour shifts per month constitutes full-time coverage in our rural locations
  • Supported by a Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and STEMI/PCI Program
  • Medical management support for both ground and air emergency transport
  • Innovative academic environment in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Medical School

Requirements

  • Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program
  • Board certified or eligible within Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
  • Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians
  • May need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system
  • Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is an expectation of all medical staff
