MD CNA/DC HHA/DC CNA - Independent Provider

About the role

We are seeking experienced Caregivers (DC CNAs and Home Health Aides - DC HHAs) to join our home care registry and receive referrals for older adult clients in need of home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and reliable home care services to older adults
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the health and well-being of clients

Requirements

• 2 years hands-on experience within the last three years
• Current MDCNA, DC CNA and/or DC HHA license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Current TB clearance
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English is required for client communication and documentation
