CNA/ HHA

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living.
• Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies.
• Document, on a daily basis, resident assistance activities.
• Be flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program at all times.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be certified (CNA or HHA).
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Able to remain stationary 50-100%.
• Able to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects.
