Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living.
- Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies.
- Document, on a daily basis, resident assistance activities.
- Be flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program at all times.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be certified (CNA or HHA).
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to remain stationary 50-100%.
- Able to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects.
