Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Offering a $3500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time status of 30 hours per week. We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with more than 200 locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a state‑approved CNA program.
• Current registration/licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the applicable state, maintained in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.

Specific Job Requirements

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Pay

$3,500 sign‑on bonus.

Full‑time, 30 hours per week.
