MD Clearing & Post Trade Product Management

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a product leader to shape priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable outcomes in a regulated financial-services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain portfolio strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Drive cross-portfolio alignment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Review budget requests and manage portfolio fund allocations
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Owners, providing coaching and mentorship
• Guide delivery of high-quality products and drive continuous improvement
• Embed design thinking principles in portfolio management and foster client-centric culture
• Stay updated on industry trends and user needs for market insights

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial technology with deep knowledge of the company’s customers and platforms
• Proven experience in Product Management and Change Management
• Minimum 8+ years managing a team of product managers and analysts
• Track record of design thinking and leadership in a collaborative matrix environment
• Strong expertise in clearing house operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or engineering; advanced degree preferred

Pay

$261,800 – $436,300 annually
