MCR Operator, Sports and Events 1 1 1 1 1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure, test, and execute occasional use feeds
• Quality check feeds and recorded material
• Provide customer support
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues
• Manage escalation process until resolution
• Ensure all issues and events are properly documented
• Maintain facility health (HVAC, generators, etc.)
• Ensure antennas are free of snow and debris in colder months
• Basic video editing and audio manipulation
• Operate automation system for transmission playout

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• You must have Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work shift rotation, minimum 5 shifts per week - including nights, weekends and holidays per scheduling needs
• It would be nice if you had 2-year degree or equivalent combination of experience/education in RF, satellite, video and/or electronics
• Practical engineering experience
• Experience with broadcast equipment
• Technical or customer support experience
• Sports knowledge/interest

PAY & BENEFITS

The salary for this full-time position is $56,000.00 + bonus + benefits. The salary is determined by the role and the hourly wage ($27.00) x a 40 hour working week for hires in Pennsylvania.
