MCR Coordinator

About the role

The Mobile Crisis Response Coordinator works under the supervision of a crisis supervisor, coordinating activities to achieve program and agency goals. This role collaborates with the crisis supervisor and coordinator team on statistical reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Works with crisis supervisors and other staff to deliver services effectively.
• Consults with the crisis supervisor and coordinator team to determine program needs and establish expectations.
• Maintains regular communication with crisis specialists in multiple crisis programs.
• Manages relationships between day and night crisis teams to enhance program effectiveness.
• Maintains and reviews client records, ensuring proper recordkeeping.
• Communicates frequently with the crisis team to maintain a positive team culture.
• Coordinates and implements program-specific trainings as needed.
• May transport clients to crisis resources and provide clinical support to staff.
• Participates in staff meetings and leads agenda development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with adequate auto insurance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and software applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work across multiple departments.
