Eligibility requirements

• Undergraduate or Master's degree (Minimum 2:2 or HND accepted)
• Less than 3 years of full-time work experience
• Completed or currently serving NYSC
• Strong academic record
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, initiatives, or work experience
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What participants will do

• Work in small teams (3–5 consultants) on real client engagements
• Gather and analyse complex data
• Formulate hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations
• Present findings and solutions to senior clients
• Contribute fresh ideas from day one
