MCK Scheduler - Evening Shift

With production facilities in Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX, Dynacraft has supplied high-quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services to PACCAR’s truck divisions and PACCAR Parts division for over fifty years.

About the role

The scheduler is responsible for releasing and tracking production orders through SAP, maintaining and processing part releases, and managing LSI inventory levels to ensure resupply. This position operates on a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Update and release orders, and interact with SAP
• Facilitate Line Side Inventory management through SAP
• Update shortage and expedite portals (Dynacraft EWI)
• Prepare daily production communications to customers, managers, and other stakeholders
• Perform resupply to production areas
• Print and prioritize orders for designated production areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree desired
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, initiate and complete work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all contacts, including external and internal customers
• Ability to motivate others to provide needed information

Work Environment

• Position works within a Distribution/Manufacturing Facility
• Frequently required to walk, sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Moderate noise levels in the work environment
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
