Responsibilities

• Aid customers at the counter, over the phone, and electronically
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Help customers identify products and solutions
• Place purchase orders and check product availability
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Follow up on open orders and resolve issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Preferred Experience

• Experience in warehouse, counter sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or industrial products
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

$18–$23/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, active role that combines customer interaction with physical warehouse work. You'll be on your feet, moving materials, and working both indoors and on the loading dock.
