About the role

We have an immediate opening for a Shop Parts Counter Person. This position is responsible for assisting Service Technicians and ASM's at the shop counter.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians and ASM’s in selecting parts needed for repairs
• Pull parts from stock
• Keep inventory stocked
• Billing parts to RO’s
• Ordering parts for RO’s
• Able to navigate the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog)
• Assist in taking inventory

Requirements

• Attention to detail is a must in this role
• High level of interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Previous dealership parts experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is helpful, but not required
• Some heavy lifting required.
