McDonald's Shift Manager Up-to $20 an hour
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards are met, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
Shift Managers may also be responsible for managing inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, food safety, internal communication, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
A previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
