McDonald's Shift Manager Up-to $20 an hour
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Qualifications
A previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment, and at least 18 years old are needed.
