Responsibilities

Shift Managers are a core member of the store's leadership team and have impact in a variety of different responsibilities both preparing and serving our food.

• Leading shifts of 8+ team members
• Supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional guest experience and performance
• Monitoring cleanliness, customer service, speed of service, and food safety
• Working closely with the store's General Manager and other store leaders to execute on business plans and new product rollouts
• Supporting new crew member onboarding and training
• Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)
