The Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee the team, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory, manage daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the team and the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.
• Manage crew and handle scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
