About the role

The Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They manage performance, monitor safety, and communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage crew and help departments meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Handle scheduling and training responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to the demanding nature of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older.
