MCAT Instructor

Position Overview

MDI Prep Learning is seeking highly skilled and passionate MCAT instructors in the following subject areas: General Chemistry, Physics, Organic Chemistry, and Biology.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online and/or in-person MCAT classes
• Break down difficult scientific concepts into easy-to-understand explanations
• Help students improve critical thinking and MCAT application skills
• Review passage-based questions and testing strategies
• Provide guidance on timing, endurance, and exam confidence
• Support students through accountability and mentorship
• Participate in curriculum planning and instructional meetings

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Chemistry, Physics, Organic Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry
• Ability to teach concepts confidently without dependence on review books
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for helping students succeed
• Healthcare, graduate, or professional school background preferred
