About the role
The Chester Medical School is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the team as a Student Engagement and Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the student experience within a growing Medical School.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Student Engagement and Support Officers.
- Career Services
- Coordinate student engagement, support, wellbeing, and student voice activities.
- Maintain and analyze student experience data to identify trends.
- Work closely with academic, clinical, and professional service colleagues to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience.
- Support committees, working groups, and strategic initiatives across the School and University.
- Deputise for the Head of Operational Delivery when required.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They will have experience of managing teams, delivering projects, interpreting data, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
