General Duties
Understand that business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing it.
Identify each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening attentively.
Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including conducting test drives.
Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Over one year of automotive sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding automotive sales and customer service goals.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers and persist in building relationships.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
