Mazda Product & Delivery Specialist

About the role

As a Genius Product and Delivery Specialist, you will support sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

Responsibilities

• Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features
• Answer clients' questions regarding Mazda products
• Deliver vehicles upon client purchase pick-up
• Configure vehicle with mobile customizer
• Perform test drives as needed
• Perform other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties

Requirements

• Valid Driving License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
