Maxolution Sales Engineer

About The Role

Basic Purpose: This position involves supporting, and growing sales of Maxolution, LLC rail guided systems, AGVs and other solutions.

Responsibilities

• Specify and sell Maxolution, LLC (the “Company”) solutions – rail guided, AGV and any other solution in a cost conscious manner. This requires knowledge of important application characteristics in such applications.
• Develop strategies and product comparisons for promoting MAXOLUTION, LLC solutions
• Generate quotes, Sizing documents, bill of material, and technical data as needed.
• Accompany MAXOLUTION, LLC technical staff to pre-qualify accounts and discuss, in-depth, the MAXOLUTION, LLC solutions which will best suit the application needs for that customer.
• Support MAXOLUTION, LLC technical staff and customers in the startup, commissioning, and programming of MAXOLUTION, LLC systems.
• Self-train on MAXOLUTION, LLC products on a continuous basis. Although we have described above what we are generally looking for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that may make you a great fit!

Requirements

• BS Degree, or at least 5 years direct experience with comparable system solutions.
• Strong mathematics & physics aptitude/knowledge for sizing, calculating and selection of power transmission equipment and respective required controls
• Self-motivated and capable to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions.
• Must have strong oral, written, and organizational skills to support clear communication and teamwork.
• Be responsive considering customer’s sense of urgency and expectations, handling quotes and other requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Education: BS in Electrical Engineering

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.

Pay

$90,000 - $130,000/yr

Schedule

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
