Responsibilities

• Partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season.
• Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products
• Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands
• Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys
• Mercandise and organize product on the sales floor
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking
• Implement point of purchase materials
• Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events
• Manage time entry, attend meetings, trainings, check email etc.
• Perform administrative tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https //Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday.
• A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication to receive SMS(text) or voice call.
• Must have access to reliable internet
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy)
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
• Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach Walk for long periods of time Climb ladders up to 12’ tall Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally Push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)

Qualifications

• Mercandinging, retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Bring a flexible, adaptable mindset and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety-first mentality
• Tech-savvy (smartphone, apps)
