Responsibilities

• Partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season.
• Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands.
• Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling.
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
• Mercandise and organize product on the sales floor.
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials.
• Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events.
• Manage time entry, attend meetings, trainings, check email etc.
• Manage administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https://Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday.
• A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication to receive SMS(text) or voice call.
• Must have access to reliable internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy).
• Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory.
• Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach, walk for long periods of time, climb ladders up to 12' tall, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs, operate power tools (screwdriver & drill).

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with a strong sense of urgency.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Bring a flexible, adaptable mindset and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety-first mentality.
