Retail Stock Associate, Northpark Center

We are hiring full‑time and part‑time Stock Associates for our Northpark Center location. In this role you will drive multiple facets of the business, from back‑of‑house operations to the sales floor, collaborating with team members to ensure customers find their favorite coffees and products in our retail boutique. Your organizational skills will be crucial in delivering the ultimate customer experience while driving productivity through preparation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
• Maintain stockroom organization so products are easily located for the sales team.
• Replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed to enhance the customer experience.
• Help maintain a safe boutique environment, ensure cleanliness, and demonstrate loss‑prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day‑to‑day challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful in troubleshooting issues on the spot.
• Physical ability to lift boxes up to 50 lb., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: Yes. The pay range provided is a good‑faith estimate for the position at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range.
