About the role

Instructs students in the skills, application, and structure of mathematics commensurate with the level of course assignment(s).

Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics courses at the appropriate grade levels.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and curriculum.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Valid teaching license in Oregon.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
